Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective, wrong, or unsatisfactory item, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof of the wrong or defective item.
- The item is not a custom-made or personalized product (unless it has a manufacturing defect).

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

Exchange: Swap it for any product of equivalent or higher value.

Store Credit: Receive a discount coupon for your next purchase.

Refund: Get a refund back to your original payment method, minus a ₹200 processing and shipping fee.

(Note: Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer).
Exchange Policy:
- In case of a size issue or wrong items received you are eligible for an exchange. Only in case of unavailability of the size required or product ,will the return be entertained. An amount of Rs.100/- will be charged for any size/design exchanges.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- The process of the exchange is as below:
- the product will be picked up from the customer's pincode by one of the delivery companies. In case Reverse pickup is not available at the pincode the customer needs to arrange for the delivery of the product to company warehouse through any of the logistics partner or Speed post. In such cases the customer will be refunded the shipping charges borne upto a maximum of Rs.70/- on producing the shipping AWB number and bill.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected, the new product will be dispatched to the customer.
Refund Process:
If you are approved for a Refund then once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed only after the parcel arrives at our warehouse in its original condition, without any defects. We will refund the full amount to you. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable. We do not charge return fees.
Refund Policy: If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed back to the bank account of the customer . Once received and internal verification done. Please allow a 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Proof of Return: When returning an item, please ensure to provide us with proof of return shipping, such as a tracking number or a shipping receipt. This will help us in processing your refund more efficiently.

Cancellation Policy:
In case the customer decides to Cancel the order the following will be applied:
- Cancellation within 2 days of placing the order- Rs.50/- deducted and rest amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation after the product is manufactured/packed- Rs.200/- will be deducted.
- Cancellation post dispatch of product- Rs.200/- will be deducted.
