Processing Time:
We take pride in creating high-quality T-shirts. To ensure customer's hygiene and right to own a fresh piece every single time ordered, we create each product fresh. Please allow us 4-5 business days (Sundays off)  for processing your order and production before your shipment is dispatched. Keep in mind that this processing time ensures that your T-shirt is carefully printed and inspected to meet quality standards.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Depending on your location, shipping time may vary from 4-7 days. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs and local postal services. Overall for a product to reach you post order will take 8-10 days.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking:
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email and message on WhatsApp along with a tracking number. This allows you to track your package's status and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Fees:
We offer a free shipping on all our Prepaid products.

Shipping Restrictions:
At the moment, we only ship within India. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to international customers and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Delayed Shipments:
While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery times, some unexpected circumstances may cause delays. If your order faces an extended delay, we will notify you promptly, and our customer support team will assist in resolving any concerns.

Return Policy:

If for the reasons of manufacturing defect you are eligible for a return. You have the option to return your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all the original tags attached.
2. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. The customer needs to provide a video proof of unpacking the item to claim return citing wrong or defective product received.(mandatory)
4. The Return can not be entertained for the reasons of disliking the product/design/colour after receiving. In such cases, the customer can:

• opt for any other product of equivalent or greater than value of the previous product. OR
• can be provided with a discount coupon for their next purchase from the website. OR
• can claim refund after deducting Rs.200/- (it partly covers our effort to create the product and shipping charges).

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via Whatsapp-7999540019 or via email at lemonhushcare@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Await approval from our customer support team, who will guide you on the return process.

Return Shipping:

In case of a return, the customer is responsible to arrange for the return shipping through any of the delivery companies. The return is to be sent to our warehouse at the following address: Lemonhush, KT9-1003, KALYPSO COURT, JAYPEE WISHTOWN, SECTOR-128, NOIDA, 201304. Contact Detail - 7999540019

Exchange Policy:

1. In case of a size issue or wrong items received you are eligible for an exchange. Only in case of unavailability of the size required or product ,will the return be entertained.
2. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. The process of the exchange is as below:

• the product will be picked up from the customer's pincode by one of the delivery companies. In case Reverse pickup is not available at the pincode the customer needs to arrange for the delivery of the product to company warehouse through any of the logistics partner or Speed post. In such cases the customer will be refunded the shipping charges borne upto a maximum of Rs.70/- on producing the shipping AWB number and bill.
• Once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected, the new product will be dispatched to the customer.

Refund Process:

If you are approved for a Refund then once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed only after the parcel arrives at our warehouse in its original condition, without any defects. We will refund the full amount to you. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable. We do not charge return fees.

Refund Policy: If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed back to the bank account of the customer . Once received and internal verification done. Please allow a 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Proof of Return: When returning an item, please ensure to provide us with proof of return shipping, such as a tracking number or a shipping receipt. This will help us in processing your refund more efficiently.

Cancellation Policy:

In case the customer decides to Cancel the order the following will be applied:

• Cancellation within 2 days of placing the order- Rs.50/- deducted and rest amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation after the product is manufactured/packed- Rs.200/- will be deducted.
• Cancellation post dispatch of product- Rs.200/- will be deducted.
