Return Policy:
You have the option to return your purchase within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all the original tags attached. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer needs to provide a video proof of unpacking the item to claim return citing wrong or defective product received. In case of a size issue, the company will first provide an exchange of the size required. Only in case of unavailability of the size required, will the return be entertained.
To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email at lemonhushcare@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await approval from our customer support team, who will guide you on the return process.
Return Shipping:

Refund Process:
Once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed only after the parcel arrives at our warehouse in its original condition, without any defects. We will refund the full amount to you. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable. We do not charge return fees.
Refund Policy: If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed back to the bank account of the customer . Once received and internal verification done. Please allow a 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Note: Any Prepaid or Partially paid order, the courier companies will attempt delivery 3 times and if during that time the product is not received by customer due to their unavailability, the company will not be liable to any refund. The customer can however, request for re-delivery by bearing the shipping cost.
Proof of Return: When returning an item, please ensure to provide us with proof of return shipping, such as a tracking number or a shipping receipt. This will help us in processing your refund more efficiently.
